「やる気」の正体。
脳のほぼ真ん中にある側坐核（そくざかく）という部分が働き脳内物質が分泌することで「やる気」がでてきます。
側坐核（そくざかく）は脳の真ん中に左右ひとつづつある小さな器官です。
脳の側坐核は作業すると、興奮し活発に動き出し、やる気に繋がります。
これを作業興奮といいます。
側坐核が働き出すと、どんどん「やる気」は出てきます。
この側坐核はやっかいで、やる気を出そうと思ってもなかなか活発に動き出しません。
ほんの一歩行動を起こさないだけで、「やる気」はおきません。
ストレスを感じ自己嫌悪におちいり、どんどんマイナスの方向にまわります。
逆に、ほんの一歩行動を起こすだけで、「やる気」は引き出されます。
やってくほど楽しいと感じ、出来ている感じがストレスを無くし、やればやるほど脳が刺激され「やる気」が引き起こします。
